I didn't receive my tickets but my card was charged.
If your card was charged for a purchase but you cannot locate your tickets, please follow these steps:
- Confirm your email receipt was not sent to a spam folder. Your tickets are attached to that email.
- If tickets are still not found, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or www.hometownticketing.com for our live chat when available.
Note: there are scenarios when a pending charge may appear due to an incorrect security code or billing ZIP code. A pending charge may appear on your credit card account for up to 48 hours. Please re-purchase tickets and enter the correct information.
- HomeTown cannot remove pending charges from your account. This is similar to gas stations or grocery stores.
- The security code (CVC) is the 3-digit code on the back of VIsa/MC cards or the 4-digit code on front of AMEX cards.
In the instance of a game cancellation and only a cancellation, refunds for that game will be refunded.
